By day, he’s a Silicon Valley tech whizz and on weekends, he’s the California Symphony’s Juilliard-trained virtuoso. Over wine and appetizers and in the whimsical setting of a food art exhibition, Stephen Zielinski showcases his instrument and talks with Donato about what some might think of as his double life.
