Thomas Hornig

I love to play trombone, and I love to teach. It has been my pleasure to perform with great musicians all over the world and here in the Bay Area. In addition to the California Symphony, I have performed with the San Francisco Symphony, San Francisco Opera, San Francisco Ballet, and all of the regional orchestras in the Bay Area. I am currently the Professor of Trombone and Euphonium as well as Brass Area Coordinator at San Jose State University.

What inspired you to learn your instrument

Seeing the trombones at Disneyland when I was 8 years old.
