Michael Soza
President of the Board 

Mike is a San Francisco based audit partner with Perry-Smith LLP, a regional accounting firm.  He is a long time resident of Walnut Creek where he resides with his wife, Cherie and two children, Jennifer and Michael.  

Mike received his Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Southern California and his Masters of Business Administration from Saint Mary’s College of California.  He is currently serving on the Board of Advisors for the Leventhal School of Accounting at the University of Southern California. 

Mike is a member of the American Institute of Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants (CalCPA).  He currently serves on the finance committee of CalCPA and is a past president of the San Francisco Chapter.  He is also a member of the Association of Latino Professionals in Finance and Accounting.
