Restrooms
Men's and women's restrooms are located on all levels of the theatre. All are handi-capped accessible.
Drinking Fountains
Drinking fountains are located on all floors.
Elevators
Elevators can be found in the main lobby and service all floors.

There are several ATM locations near Symphony Center:
Us Bank, 1655 N Main St (closest - corner of N. Main St. and Civic Dr.)

GUEST ARTIST CD'S
At many concerts, guest artists often have CD's for sale and are available to sign them at intermission. CD's are typically $20. The California Symphony accepts, cash, checks or a credit card. As there is only 20 minutes during the intermission, if you would like to pre-order a cd or a signed cd, please call the symphony office at (925) 280-2490.
Lost and Found
Lost articles may be claimed with the house manager at concert time. At other times, contact the Lesher Center Administration office at (925) 295-1400.
During a Performance
Greeters
Greeters are present in the first floor lobby, for all concerts. Greeters can provide patrons with information, directions, ticket donations and other assistance.
Refreshments
Alcoholic beverages, soft drinks and candy are sold on the 2nd floor only. Refreshments are not permitted in the theatre.
Medical Emergencies
In case of a medical emergency, patrons should contact the nearest usher.
For Patrons with Disabilities
Headsets for the deaf and hard of hearing
Wireless headsets are available free of charge to all for deaf or hard of hearing patrons. To use a headset, contact the house manager or the nearest usher before concerts. A major credit card, state ID or driver's license is all that is required for deposit.
Facilities for Patrons with Disabilities
The Lesher Center is accessible to all physically disabled persons. Push-button doors are currently not available. Elevators and removable seats on the main floor and upper balcony make wheelchair access easy. Handicapped-accessible restrooms are located on all floors.
