
The California Symphony is a professional orchestra made up of Bay Area's most talented artists-musicians whose credits include performances with top orchestras all over the United States and symphony, opera and ballet ensembles in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Named "America's Best Symphony Orchestra" by Reader's Digest in 2005, the California Symphony, a California public benefit corporation, is supported, in part, by the City of Concord, City of Walnut Creek, Diablo Regional Arts Association, Bank of America, William and Flora Hewlett Foundation, the Dean & Margaret Lesher Foundation, and the National Endowment for the Arts.
